Hi I am Domenico, the wonderful chef, who will teach you the marvelous things that cooking can be. I have many delightful recipes up my sleeve that I can share with you on this course

Day 1
In the morning there will be a reception at Venice (Marco Polo) Airport and from there you will be checked into the country house. Welcoming cocktails will be offered once you arrive at the Casa Coste restaurant. At this point there will be some free time to discover the beautiful surrounding hills of Susegana. Supper will be at the restaurant and reservations have been made for your overnight stay at the country house.

Breakfast at the country house. The first part of the day is dedicated to a visit to Collalto Castle (the castle on the top of the hill); images of which are often represented in the works of Cima (a famous artist from Conegliano) - Then off to Vittorio Veneto and up to the sanctuary of Saint Augusta ('Sant' Augusta'). On the way there we will stopover at one of the local vineyards to discover the secrets of Italian winemaking. Supper will be at the restaurant and reservations have been made for your overnight stay at the country house.

Breakfast at the country house. Transfer to Casa Coste to participate in the cooking course; there will be full complementary food and drinks.

Breakfast at the country house. The first part of the day will be spent on a visit to the town of Conegliano. Lunch will be at Casa Coste and later, in the afternoon, a visit to a cured meats smokehouse. Then there will be some time at which to shop at your leisure.

Breakfast at the country house. The day has been organised for an excursion along "la Via del vino bianco" (The white wine road), which passes through Farra di Soligo, Col di Saint Martino, Vidor, Maser, Asolo. Supper will be at the restaurant and reservations have been made for your overnight stay at the country house.

Breakfast at the country house. Then the whole day is to be given over to a visit to the magnificent and unique city of Venice.

MASO DI VILLA
For every season there is a particular attraction found in this corner of the Veneto countryside, nestled between the Treviso hills. For nature lovers and lovers of peace and quiet, here is a land full of surprises, in which the cultural taste for wine over the centuries has influenced the look of the landscape, giving it a splendid, natural appearance, rich in works of art and secular history, small churches and castles. This is the land of vineyards, which also frame the MASO DI VILLA like a picture. Ancient house colonnades give a romantic appeal to the Country House, thanks to a fanatical approach to the restoration of this magical place; a place where the ‘unexpected’ respect for traditional and modern approaches alike, cohabit perfectly.
At MASO DI VILLA there breathes a ROMANTIC PROVINCIAL ATMOSPHERE, thanks to the way it has been taken care of and particularly to the many things that discretely exist along with the rural character of the architecture: the splendid furniture, embroidered with soft, floral fabrics in the rustic style, ceilings with the open beams, rich embroidered lace curtains, prints and books, baked clay tile or old wood floors, and excavated objects found through years of patient exploration between markets and artisanals (artists' workshops). But it is the COLOUR that is the true protagonist, with its varying tones from room to room, from the yellow ochre of the reception to the pinks of the entrance hall, to the green, the orange, the blue, the lilac, the yellow and the burgundy of the six guest rooms, all transformed from the old barn.
A country house where to you can feel at home in every season: under the snow, to the first flowers on the lawns, to the time of the fireflies and the making of fig jam, and in autumn to the red colours of the vines. It is ideal for those who want to pass a romantic weekend far away from the clamour of the big city, or for those who want to get away to discover of the splendid surrounding towns of Veneto.

On 15 December 1994, the Committee for world-wide patrimony of UNESCO, re-united in Pukhet, in Thailand, put Vicenza on the list of its world heritage assets (sites), on the bases of two criteria:
1) Vicenza constitutes an exceptional artistic realization because of the numerous architectural contributions by Andrea Palladium that compliment the town’s historical context and gives it the character we see today.
2) Thanks to the typical architectural structures that exist here, the city has exercised a strong influence on the history of Architecture, contributed to the rules of the urbanisation in a large number of Europe countries and the entire world.
VERONA and SURROUNDS
Verona, city of art and culture, has conserved a great number of monuments of antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance period and the city walls represent an exceptional example of typical medieval ramparts.
